Fees are due at the start of each session.

Insurance
The7Fold accepts most insurances, if your insurance is not accepted we will not put claims in
on your behalf. However you can bring along your claim form and present it to your clinician
before the start of your session, to have your forms signed for reimbursement.
The 7 Fold holds no responsibility as to whether your claim is accepted or not. Please check
your coverage carefully prior to your appointment.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand,
otherwise, you will be charged the session.
